The consultation fee is non-refundable and protects against no-shows. If you book your install during the consultation, the $50 can be applied toward your $750 deposit.
Up to 6 Months of Wear
With proper care and maintenance every 6 to 8 weeks, your K-Tip extensions can last 3 to 6 months or longer. We will go over everything you need to know during your consultation.

The Consultation Is Required
A consultation is the first and most important step before booking any hair extension service. This personalized phone call allows us to connect one-on-one and discuss your hair goals, current condition, texture, lifestyle, and any concerns you may have.
Every head of hair is different. What works for one client may not work for another. This consultation ensures we choose the best method and approach tailored specifically to you. We will discuss the length, density, and texture that will give you the most natural-looking result.
We also use this time to determine if you are a good candidate for K-Tip extensions. Not every hair type or condition is suited for this method, and we would rather be upfront about that than have you invest in a service that will not give you the results you deserve.
Note: The $50 consultation fee is not subtracted from the total cost of the service unless you schedule your install appointment on the same day as your consultation. If you would like to schedule an appointment, a deposit of $750 will be due to secure your spot and the current promotion.

The Install Experience
What Happens On Install Day
Your install is a full-day experience. Here is exactly what to expect from start to finish so there are no surprises.
Arrival and Assessment
You arrive at your scheduled time. We start by assessing your natural hair one more time to confirm the plan we discussed during your consultation. This includes checking your hair's condition, texture, and the placement strategy.
Prep and Wash
Your hair is shampooed and conditioned to create a clean base for the install. We use professional-grade products that prepare your hair without leaving residue that could interfere with the bond.
Custom K-Tip Installation
Each K-Tip bond is applied individually, strand by strand, using a precision heat tool. This is the most time-intensive part of the process and takes anywhere from 3 to 5 hours depending on the density and length you selected. The bonds are placed strategically to blend seamlessly with your natural hair.
Cut, Blend, and Style
Once all the extensions are installed, we custom cut and blend them to match your desired look. Your extensions are then styled — whether you want sleek and straight, soft waves, or a voluminous blowout. You leave looking and feeling like yourself, just elevated.
Aftercare Walkthrough
Before you leave, we walk you through exactly how to care for your extensions at home. This includes brushing techniques, washing schedule, products to use and avoid, and how to sleep with your extensions to maximize their lifespan.

Hair Prep
How to Prepare for Your Appointment
Proper preparation ensures the best results and the longest wear time for your extensions. Follow these guidelines before your install day.
Wash your hair before your appointment (optional)
You are welcome to come with freshly washed hair, but it is not required. We will shampoo and condition your hair as part of the install process. If you do wash beforehand, avoid heavy conditioners, oils, or leave-in products.
No product buildup
Arrive with hair free of heavy oils, serums, gels, or spray. Product buildup can prevent the K-Tip bonds from adhering properly and may shorten the lifespan of your install.
Come with dry, detangled hair
If you are not having us wash your hair, make sure it is completely dry and detangled before arriving. This saves time and allows us to get started on the install right away.
No braids, twists, or protective styles
Your hair should be worn loose and free of any braids, twists, or protective styles on the day of your appointment. We need full access to your natural hair for proper placement.
Eat before you arrive
This is a 4 to 6 hour appointment. Make sure you have eaten a full meal before arriving. You are welcome to bring snacks and drinks to stay comfortable throughout the process.
